Wonderful 1960's Stratton compact done in a black and white enamel op art motif. The shape of this compact is the Rondette which was first marketed in 1959 and continued to be made until 1997. The body of the compact is goldtone. The mirror is excellent. The self-opening inner lid is in excellent condition. All closures work well. Puff is present and in excellent condition. There is a small area of age darkened metal on the inside rim which may polish off. Stratton signature on the inside lid and on the bottom of the compact. This compact has a diameter of 2.75". It has never been used.
